I am looking for any suggestions on what credit card processor to use for a high risk business.
I have owned this business for quite some time about 4 years now and have had merchant issues the entire time. When I first started the business I had a merchant account approved under my name a really good one for up to 100K a month.
I was young and dumb and didn't fulfill any orders which got the account banned and closed. That was in the first year, for the past 3 years I have used a family members CC merchant on my website which has been great other than within the past two months.
The account went under review because of high chargebacks then they figured out that the merchant I was using is not the correct merchant for my website which caused an automatic closure of the account.
I have tried applying to countless merchants under my business and others under my name and family members names for the past two months with no luck. I have even contacted Mastercard to verify if I was or was not on the MATCH list which they confirmed my name and business were not on the list.
I honestly don't know what to do at this point I wish there was a easy answer but it seems difficult.
I'd like to add that this is a fully legit company and all goods sold are allowed through our partnership with the manufacture. Computer Software Company selling both digital goods and physical goods shipped.
Monthly Rev: 50k-100k
Chargeback Ratio Monthly: 3-7%
Looking for a bank that will approve my company without any processing statements as they are under a family member company basically not mine and or a partnership with another business allowing me to use there already approved merchant for a percentage of the sales and or a percentage of the whole company.
