This one http://www.gxbill.com/ is the only that comes to my mind, but use them at your own risk have never tried them. Make research on them and approach them carefully to see how the respond.

No there was nothing special. Just send them an e-mail / open a ticket and ask question so you may see how fast they response and how they response and just get an idea of what they are.. if you can't find any neg. reviews it's cool... I'm just generally speaking.

I have sent a message to b2billing so fingers crossed.
I believe I contacted txtnation and they didn't accept my content.
I joined dialx in february and that's why I changed my first post in this thread to "Found it". However, even though I'm accepted, they claim they have to wait for regulators... I'm still waiting and why I brought this thread back to life lol

Still no luck... I had no problem finding a highrisk merchant for creditcards, while mobile billing is just a bust.
Billpro.com don't offer this and paymentsavvy.com don't answer my question if they accept my content, but have sent 2 e-mails asking how my signup process is going...

Is there really no one here who runs a highrisk website that offers mobile billing??
