New company for high risk merchant services, scenepremiere.com. They will do a lot of things others wont....all legit of course.

Highriskpay, Instabill are good options
Super Scam..instabill is horrible. After they approve you something they know you are running they will shut you down. I had one charge back in 3 months on a rebill offer and they closed my account. Lost a ton of money! Veto instabill!

We offer 48-72 hour capture to fund-once you charge the client 48-72 hours later you get the money in your bank account. Just be incorporated in the states and we can up and live-actually charging clients in two weeks.

oh good to know as I'm looking for a high risk account for my business partner.
Since this post is old. Are there any current high risk processors at the moment? No gateway fees? No set up fees and no little fees here there. I have found that it is not so difficult finding a high risk merchant account. It is what you're willing to pay.
