I have had nothing but bad experiences when it comes to high retention views from Fiverr, and they were all for videos that were 45 seconds or less (which is not hard to do at all). But, this one looks promising. I might give it a whirl.

yeah there are lots of sellers claim to deliver 10k~25k high retention views on fiverr, but how many of them actually keep the promise?

Guys, here is the link I think Sam is talking about. I am not endorsing these guys but the reviews do look decent. I've put in a test order and will report back in a few days when I can review the stats after delivery. I'll order the 15k high retention.

Ok, here is my quickie review of this Fiverr gig. I ordered 15k high retention views and here is what I got:
Order: 15k High retention views for $5
How Long: 6 days to fill (for only 15k views, it's too long)
Delivered Views: Just over 16k (hardly any overdelivery)
Retention: 95% on a 4 minute video
Source: Mobile views
Countries: Netherlands about 50%, US about 25%, Germany about 25%
Other Stats: I picked up 59 subs, not sure if it's from them or coincidence
Overall I would give these guys a solid B. Because of the weak overdelivery and mobile views (not nearly as good as FB referral for ranking), most of the reputable providers here in BHW are still a substantially better deal. Rock on Skittles, BigBuddy, Ruoall!
