High Retention views, Vagex not accepting members, what 2 do?

Newb here, I'm trying to rank a video in google and was trying to get some high retention views. I saw another post that enhanceviews was having problems, don't know where i should turn - ytviewit, u2bviews, optimized fans, ytmax, are sights i've seen suggested in other threads?? For comments, I was going to use a fiverr gig for custom comments.

Look in the BST section for YT views and comments much better than fiverr.

He is obviously not considering buying YouTube views since all the sites he mentioned are free views exchange sites.

Actually no I am willing to buy views, I'm a newb, but would def shell out about 10 bucks to get maybe 2-5k high retetion views. Any suggestions for something other than vagex? I'd use vagex but when i went to their page, said they weren't accepting new members.

As free service u can try U2bviews.
But it's better idea if you buy views and get comments from social exchange sites like u2bviews and EV.

If you don't want to buy them you could use an exchange
