ok guys so im stuck here i have paid for RAV Views for 2 of videos to get them to reach 4000 watch time hours. and now i have reached that ammount on the videos and even on the youtube " About" tab for the channel.but its not showing on the youtube " Monotization" tab . i purchased them from Followbiz and Smmkings. here is a screenshot of what im talking about. any help would be greatly appricated it

The views are low retention, which is bad for your videos. For example if you have a 5 minutes video and buy views from these panels the average views will be around 1 minute.

so what should you do in these case? i read else where it said we needed to buy RAV Views not high retention. did you see my reply to this post with the issue im having and the screenshots

It can take a few days for the monetization page to update your watch hours, if you used RAV it will update soon so don't worry
