High Retention View Exchanges

Hey, I am just wondering does anyone know of any good video exchange website?
I know enhanceviews offer high retention but the prices are crazy. I am only looking for 400 - 500 views per video.
Vagex is not worth using, at the moment I am using Hitleap but that only offers up to 60 second watch time.
Anyone know any good sites?
