High Retention Instagram Views

So I've noticed a similarity with a lot of these SMM panels (hence the reason I moved to doing M/C method a while back) and that similarity was that their Reels views were 90% of the time under the 2 second mark with the occasional luck of hitting 6 seconds here and there.
What I'm curious to know is how a majority of these influencers secure their high retention views (other than organically, because bots have genuinely taken over at this point lol).
I know there's loads of personal farming going on as well as some M/C methods but not in the traditional way of M/C'ing, but I'm curious to know if there's actually a growth method with these SMM panels.
Please no comments about how apparently "SMM ruins reach its inorganic just be authentic" we all know that organic methods just don't cut it all the time and a boost works incredibly.
Social proof is a real thing and algorithm manipulation is also a real thing.
We saw the spikes in 2016, 2019, and now 2026 has some disgusting spikes too.
I don't want to name drop certain influencers/music artists/etc.
So yeah im curious to know.

I think the biggest factor is still the first 1–2 seconds. Good hooks can naturally push retention much higher. Panels might show impressive retention numbers, but that doesn’t always translate into real engagement or long-term growth. Testing different hooks and formats is probably the more reliable route.

Most of these Influencers have their own personal setup, And there are big agencies who specialise in this and only work for high end people, Sort of like a private network. And these people charge 1000s of $$ for such services.

You just cant trust SMM Panel for anything nowedays now, They claim something else and provide something different. Many Non-Drop Services claim 80-90% Retention but even that doesnt stay, Not sure whats the point of them anymore. Its better to make a private network and your own setup instead of relying on them. And if by any chance one SMM Panel stops working, Others too will as all are connected to each other.
