I'm interested in buying it for a Google Ads account (new) is it reliable? I'm going to need to reload it with funds on a consistant basis (a very large budget), I don't mind paying extra for guarantees the money isn't an issue for me my only consern is the ad account. (I don't want it to get suspended as that will ruin a 40 days of work)

If the account is already running ads
There are no issues
We may need to discuss at length on the safety of your account as Google have several points of banning account
Example
Changing cards on new account can lead to suspension especially when the original card can't be charged

The google ads is new and it's created on a new device that never been used to run google ads before, I still didn't link it to any VCC yet.
What's the cost of a VCC that I can link to such an account? Like I said I'd prefer if I don't have to do this all over again and I will need to refill in on a consistent basis!

nvm, i found out i got scammed by someone who I thought was you on telegram, @mediaIounget = the l was an i, and I stupidly sent the payment there...

Silver lining to this is that seller help me in verifying paypal account using vcc he gave with no cost, and it really work, very professional, super fast, highly recommended.
Lesson learned, use link instead to avoid getting scammed by fake users.
