While I have told these user to be patient with google in order to get the refunds,
Google play developer seems to be slow with refunds ,or dosnt refund at all,
From my experience in AdWords,some times,it takes 3 weeks to get refunds,
While I want to make this refunds,
I also need google to refund the original money back to my account which they are yet to do,...I gave an account statement which the user dosnt believe in,
Its apparent this user is new to google and all efforts to make this user understand how the google works is proofs abortive

They have refunded the money I have already sent the proof that THEY HAVE REFUNDED don't bullshit people.I posted the proof for their refund on shortlist go see it.

That google said they have refunded dosnt mean the banking transactions has taken place,
If google tells you 7-10 working days,
Then the expected time frame in your mind should be two weeks,
Not seven days

Yes,I just told you ,I am not ready to deal with you because,you had came wasting my time before,
I wouldnt want to waste more time and my money providing a vcc that you would end up telling me it donst work,
Meaning money wasted which I have to refund
I had told you I have no guarantees on making thresholds accounts with my vcc,
Because,if I give a guarantee and you go on making ads accounts which may get suspended considering googles behavior lately,you will ask for a refunds which I have to give,
I don't make the vcc free,I pay the vcc platform to make vcc,
If I have not been servicing properly with regards to this thread,
