I did ask if you take usdt trc20 to which you said no,

Some how,we are constrained,
Sending erc20 as the charges are a wooping 10 USD as we use binance

Many times,

I tell customer ,even before transaction are done if they take refunds in coins with lesser fees,
Appologies for the late refunds,

Ltc,usdt trc20 and and several other coins have lesser fees compared to ETH,

If you don't have any of this,

Kindly give upto 12 hours for your refunds

Yes I said no because that's not how I paid. You would normally refund your customers the same way they paid.

Doesn't have to be ERC-20, I paid you with BEP-20.

And no, I don't think there were any communications regarding refunds before or after the transaction.

I will wait 12 hours no problem.

We also stopped accepting PayPal payment at the moment

This is because we have had people , tricking other users with a different service,
With the insinuation ,that they are paying us for the services provided,

Since they get to spend the money on vcc and make the original sender of the money do a charge back, we stopped taking PayPal for now , until further communication about it
