High quality traffic- one country only. Does it make sense?

Hello everybody,
I have a product, which I would like to sell in one country only.
How to get high quality traffic for one country only? Does it make sense at all?
Right now I'm setting up the webpage, and I'll be ready pretty soon to take some action.

If you're looking for search engine traffic, the best thing you can do is get a domain name with the correct country extension.

For example if you're trying to market in the UK, then get a co.uk domain. If in France, get a .fr domain.

You get the idea.

you can always try paid traffic sources, they can segment by country, there is a list of them in the media buying section

First thing to do is to make sure your domain name extension is targeting that said country. Pick a hosting company within that
country and use keywords and content in that language. Build backlinks to your website using tiered backlinking that is relevant to
that country or local area.
