High Quality Instagram Likes

Does anyone know of a vendor who can deliver high quality Instagram likes through a drip delivery method? (e.g., deliver 50 likes per minute for a 5,000 like order instead of just dumping all 5,000 likes at once and having Instagram's algo flag your post.)

Also, a high quality "like" is a like from a bot account in the US/Canada.

I currently use bulkfollows and I am not impressed with their offering. Even when you order USA likes, they give likes from bot accounts with Indian and Eastern European names.
