I am looking for something that has the quality of Midjourney generated pictures and can turn them into short animations (1-4 seconds)

Looking for something of this tier, except not done handmade:

I looked at pika.art and Runway Gen2 but it seems these aren't too close to a great quality/resolution that I am looking for.

The goal is to create very short high quality animations based on keywords or the image I give it.

i have tried using pika with topaz ai, very time consuming but the result isn't terrible. PM me if you want to see with and without topaz ai. many people said they cannot see difference.
