I have gathered a few high PR site urls,upto PR6 some low OBL some spammed to death. but few of them have been comment spamed with keywords like adult,pharma,porn and the likes, but the sites aren't related to these keywords. So is it a bad idea to leave a link on these sites? some are actually pretty good. have high PR low OBL but have these bad keywords in comments.

I can not see why not to post your link... G will find them and give you link juice, and it look over the website "subject" not the links on that website.

The topic is debatable. Ideally, your money site should have backlinks from similar sites so as to boost its relevancy and make it more effective. Such kind of backlinks, the ones your harvested are better off linking to your 2.0 or buffer sites.

Manual blog commenting on high pr blog sites is very effective in doing SEO.
