High pr links still no serps movement

For one of my sites.
I been working on seo and I still cant get this site to rank one for a keyword term.
The closest I got was page 2 but it danced and now its back to page 10.

I have some web 2.0s linking to another web 2.0 and then to my money site
But I cant understand how my competiter websites are up on top when I have more high pr links then them.

8 pr 4 links
10 pr 3 links
39 pr 2 links
56 pr 1 links

Rank 1 competitor website:
1 pr4 links
3 pr 3 links
13 pr 2 links
2 pr 1 links
Can anyone give me advice?
Im still building backlinks everyday steadily

Are these ACTUALLY high PR links in which the PR is on the page itself and not the domain?

I'm assuming these are blog comments and not natural, contextual links, correct?

you dont have enough links. is potron forum profiles? get more links, that are not forum profiles or blog comments and you should be fine

Your competition is probably pushing juice through those links he has. Have you checked the baxklinks that are pointing to his backlinks? You may find a shit load of links there. If thats the case check out BTB and linkpushing should help with the mission of takin down #1

your on site SEO is horrible, maybe thats not the core problem but it is true. Please go on and read about onsite seo and make more posts i dunno read and work now .

Do your On page optimization, Write articles with your keywords + LSI keywords in it with a density of 2-3%. Do few 4by4 or 5by5 linkwheels targetted towards your keywords and you will be fine.
