Hey,
I am a lurker but run my own huge private link network, and 20 odd competitive niche websites.
My network is aimed to be fully contextually relevant to my niches and therefore my moneysites look like they are more authoritative in there respective niches.
My question is do you guys believe that for example a non contextually related website such as a site about software which is a PR9 linking to a "payday loans" or "blackjack" website will produce a good rank push ?
All hypothetically speaking, but in my experience high pr links are a dieing subject.
