Just saw an expired auction on Flippa. I did not do all the checks though but checked out backlink profiles on one breifly. Looks real.


PR:
5 x PR6
25 x PR5
16 x PR4
18 x PR3

Said it cost her 25,000 to build all of these. Wow! Said she needs money.

Maybe she will take 6-8000.00 Ill bet.

Sites go back to 1999.

I could not imagine having that kind of God power!!

Just to be able to get such old sites would be worth the money. Unless the site(s) are banned from Google search, they would be worth gold as all the pages would have been in search now for many years.
 
Old sites is good. As long as the site are not being abuse or banned from Google.
 
If you are really certain of your analysis, you can go ahead and purchase it.
 
Flippa is becoming a more dodgy and dodgier please .. do some proper analysis if you want to dish off 4 figures ..
 
Yeah, you definitely want to do more research on that one before putting down any money. What's the DA? Is the site clean? It's all in the due diligence.
 
Check weather the website is still in google search, if your answer is Yes then its a good investment, if your answer is NO then its purely waste of money ;)

In addition to that, another important thing is how likely the backlinks are to stick. If they look like they might disappear after the auction, avoid it.
 
Mine the Site's history and uncover the nature of backlinks it has got,You can go for a Proper Website Audit before spending too many
 
I did the research. They are legit. I know what I'm doing! Just do not have the money right now. Not sure if I even still have the link. Found this weeks ago.
 
I would be very careful trusting anyone's word there. almost all of the domains there are sold by people needing urgent money or some BS like that but if you check them really close, not everything they say is true..
 
I checked them Well. It was on Flippa. To be Truthful I checked 2 of the Domains. Page Rank Vailid. All High DA. A blog Network was set up on all of them. All Blogs even ranked well. I checked them with tons of Tools. Also used the wayback machine to check for any past redirects. They were Legit but she never stated the Exact amount she was looking for. There was no buy now price. The auction was over and ended. I don't fall for bullcrap.


The description just was saying that you could sell just 10 of the PR 5s for 500 each. Something like that.

Said it took years for her to collect these sites. The two I checked had great backlink profiles. It was a great deal, had my heart thumping.

I would have posted the link at the time that I created this Thread but its probably against the rules.
