high pr domains?

while looking for good name domains i encounter high pr domains " 4 -5 -6 " for low price , but then i check their backlinks there is none , alex rank is none , montly searches is none , domain name means nothing . Again i ask myself how did they go up in page rank when they have all these casualties . And how would i benefit from them? park them or redirect or what?

They can do this by redirecting their site to high pagerank page.

You can benefit by selling links on them. but after the next update, your pagerank will be gone.

If there are no backlinks no alexa or nothing then your page rank is dead
