High PR Do Follow Guestbook Links helpful?

I have a new site I want to rank (1 month old). I already build 50 Web 2.0 Blogs with highly readable spun content and 20 social bookmarks (on famous sites like twitter, reddit, pinterest etc...) to it.
To boost the site even further I am wondering if commenting in do-follow Guestbooks with PR 2 - 3 and low outbound links would help? The guestbooks are of course not contextual.
How many of these links should I build? Any advice?

Maybe an idea if you're dead set on building these links and the site being so new.

2-3 links Per A day For week 1
3-4 links Per A day For week 2
4-5 links Per A day For week 3
6-7 links Per A day For week 4
7-10 links Per A day For week 5
10-15 links Per A day For week 6

This would show stable growth and not too out of hand to look abnormal. If your domain is aged you can press the limits obviously.

Why not buy links from other webmasters in your niche? Or give them something else in return? A well written article or something like that.

Of course, they are good but you need an unique content and good pages with SEO.
