How do You find a high PR Blogs with dofolows ???

You should install Seoquake & No******** firefox plugins
Search- keyword + "powered by wordpress" in google. You can use other footprints like- "Leave a comment", Inurl:.edu "Powered by wordpress", Inurl:.gov "Powered by WordPress"...
Sort the sites from high Pr to low pr (this can be done using seoquake plugin)
Use No******** plugin to find whether the blog is nofollow or do follow.
Or you can buy Scrapebox and make this entire process 100times easy

manually finding the do follow comment able link is really toughest thing. but i think during making back links via comments you shouldn't worry about no follow or do follow you should just make comments to get the instant boost up in SERP.

You can used software like Quirk for Firefox, you can check all the parameters essential for your blog.

Scrapebox hand down. Find the links, then sort by PR, then run the "********" addon to see if they're ********

You run SEO Spyglass and other backlink checkers on your competition (or any other site, I suppose), and put your links in the same places.

I usually search on Google with keyword high PR dofolows. Then, I usually find some sites provide the lists.
