I need high PR blogs list to comment. The PR should be from 3-6. The higher it is the better it would be. Low OBL (max 10-15). Doffolow

You can do so yourself using scrapebox. But either way, it'd be kinda hard due to it can be do follow one day and then nofollow the next, up to the owner.

Ya, depend on owner of each site. This method has lots of limitation. So do you have any other ideas to boost traffic and improve page rank of a website. I wanna get more clicks, but now have not got any good idea. Hope you can give me some suggestion. Thank you!

Quality blog commenting could be a great way to do link building, but I found that the most difficult task is to create (and maintain) a list of quality blogs (with do-follow and autoapprove). I think you should use scrapebox to build your own list, and sticking to it when the list grows day after day. Anyway, it will take very long time to have a good (and working) list.
