High PR Backlinks For Moneysite

I have a new week ago website I just made. I was thinking about buying only 10 High PR backlinks directly for my money site. Will this help or hurt my site or ranking? Or should I just buy them for my 1st tier web 2.0's?

Since your money site is only a week old its better not to point those backlinks yet or you may make 1-2 per week if you want. This should not hurt your main site. But again i am saying this since you have not shared much information.

Of course high PR links will help as long as they are actually links with PR and not some "Web 2.0" style link.

Be sure the links are pointing to different pages on your site, with different keywords. Don't just point all the links to your homepage with one keyword.
