High PR Backlinks and Social Bookmarks Wanted

I know memme's blackhatlinks provides this service
Who else provides high pr backlinks and social bookmarks
to rank websites.. i seen a look of members who offer packages
including unnecessary extra i dont currently need. does anyone
else offer these 2 services individually as well. Please let me
know if you do or if you know anyone/company that does.

Any additional advice or tips to do it myself would be
appreciated as well.

If you go through the sales threads then you can individually PM and contact the sellers. Usually they will be willing to offer these services separately. If not you can easily find -only- high PR backlinks in there. Go search and you'd be amazed at what you can actually find.

i did search.. all individual seller is memme and everyone else includes
em in their packages.. could pm each individual rather see their individual
prices for high pr backlinks and social bookmarks or have them contact
me with their prices which is why i posted this thread
