[HIGH PAYMENT] pvp.net bot coding

Alright,
so I have a specific task which resolves around pvp.net which is the chat/client of League of Legends.
For this I will pay high but I need someone I can talk to on Skype to make sure he's able to do what is requested.

Obviously coding skills are needed and it would help a lot if you know some things about the riot APIs or pvp.net.

This may be a bit different than the usual bots you code but it is definitely possible to do this
