High page views and low CTR?

Hello guys, I have a lot of ease in getting views on youtube (real people) have about 30,000 views per day, but my CTR is 0.10 to 0.40% and thus end up earning little money, anyone have any tips to improve? thanks =)

Interesting; first of all, are these people who are viewing your YouTube video niche related?

Are you using a Call-To-Action?

Where are you directing them?

I'm having the same problem but I think its cause a lot of views are not actually from YouTube and a lot are mobile.
