High end J/V ...well established program

I have a program that I have been running for a long time now that works very well. I make money from hostgator.com's affiliate program which pays as much as $125 per sign up (as long as we send them 21 sign ups per month which we always do). I have been hiring people and paying them a cut of the profits but the past three guys I have had would get a big check and then not work for a month or two till they ran out of money and then come back and want to work again. I AM NOT LOOKING FOR LAZY PEOPLE!!

We have spend a lot of time and money developing this program. It is a little costly. We basically built the sites and give them away for free and just collect the $125 on the site which means I have to float the domain name and the cost of the site build. I will clear about $100 per sign up but I can average about 4 to 6 sign ups per day using our marketing methods.

I am looking for a limited business partner to build out 100 sites which is $12,500 in gross revenues. Our partner will need a few things. One is half to cost of the sites which is about $1200 to $1300. I will provide the clients and the software to build the site. You build them out (I will show you how) and get everything set up on the site and show them how to run them. The sites take about 15 to 20 mins to build.

I will do this a few different ways. I will build you out 100 site and provide you 100 clients for $2500 and you keep all the affiliate income (you clear $9k total) or I will split it 50/50. You pay for half the sites $1250 and we split the income. I can get you about 30 to 40 sign ups per month so it would take about 60 to 90 days to get rid of all the sites.

Interesting... as i know, we will get hostgator commision(s) only if they stands atleast for 3 month (active). what is your way to prevent this thing? can you tell me what kind of sites you will build? you can talk to me on skype: wpbacklinks

They do have to be active for at least 60 days. We do have discount coupons for one free month so as long as they pay for one month you get paid but we do have a 90% retention rate. All of our sites are niche classified ad sites. PM me if you want detailed examples. I will add you on skype.

Also...one question; How do you track people that sign up with your Aff link. Last I checked HG does not give you any details on which customer it was that purchased.

Example: You get 10 HG sales, but 12 people are claiming they bought a HG package. How do you know which ones actually purchased hosting and which ones are just claiming they did?

They do provide you with info such as the domain name and the discount coupon used which is how we track it.

If someone wants the $2500 package I will build out the 100 sites for you and provide the leads. Your role would be moving the site over to their hosting account once they sign up and showing the client how to add adsense to their site and run the site (it is wordpress). I do have training vidoes made for a lot of what they need to know. We also do packages smaller than 100 sites such as a 25 site package for $75 but you want to make sure you give away all 25 sites in a month so you get $125 per client. If you only sign up 10 per month you just get $100 per sign up so you want to make sure you at least get 21 sign ups per month. We have plenty of leads to do that if you work them.

Very interesting. You can even offer more service to them afterwards such as SEO and SEN etc...

Yes we do upsell a lot of products to them from backlinks, credit card processing, ect.

Method been around quite a while and likely to stay with the right system.
If you don't mind answering:
Where are you located, how long have you done this, why can't you do it yourself, any proof of consistent earnings ?
