High end affiliate programs

I'm looking for some advice on how to search for high end affiliate programs. I have had varied success with low to medium paying products but I want to start a project where aff commissions are $1000+. As I have frequently heard on bhw it is easier to sell something once and get $2000 commission than it is to sell 2000 products at $1 commission. So rather than just read about it I thought I would give it a go for myself!
The problem is I am struggling to find places that offer high end commissions! Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
