0.32 is not so much expensive.
how long have you been running this campaign ? And on what budget ?
Give it 1-2 days cpc will drop slowly if ctr stays same.

For me usually first days are always bad 
Are you selling something ? is it profitable ?
0.32 is CPC to link or CPC to image/video ?
And what's the budget..(if you set high budget facebook will give you most of its adv fields charging more)
Lastly wait 1 or 2 day more for data and narrow down the audience which is engaging the most
