High Conversion Rate, Is It Bad?

@ Ruck and Nick: Well, I can't disclose what I was actually doing because it was using Romeo's method. But if you bought his method then you probably know what I am up to. However, if you ask someone "Hey, do you want more information on how you can earn your AA degree in about a year and you supply them a link." Is that really wrong/fraud? I am not as dumb as you think I am. I just have never messed around with CPA's before. Before I see this spiraling out of control. If I were to go about this by sending them 1,000 clicks over a period of a week, and doing my blackhat methods, would this work? I am figuring a 4%-8% conversion rate.
