High Anonymous Proxy - How to Make ??

Found earlier in this forum, on proxy high anonymous. I am having doubts.

I have a mini ITX dual xeon 2.0, 4 Gb memory ram, 2 Gigabit Ethernet.
I want to go up a proxy service secure and anonymous in Brazil the region. Have an internal forum and an IRC server on the same server.
To ensure much of the anonymity, I hide the service in tor network and i2p.
The service will be private, and clear all legal.


Where can I find more information about settings to let the proxy anonymous high?
Working the firewall? I do a firewall mesh with selinux and automated ids?
Which is the best operating system to create this kind of service? or if there is already a system ready for it?

You can also search on Google about Squid.

And in this case, how would the firewall?
I worry because I know that many hackers and crackers attack proxies before an actual attack.
