Hiding your IP

Hi BHW!

I just want to ask about some software that hides your IP.

Real IP Hide, IP hider and Hotspot Shield.

If I use those and randomly change IP every 5 mins would it hide my footprint everytime I do my routine SEO strategy like Blog syndication, Bookmarking, Web2.0 blog posting etc.
