Hiding the use of anonymization service

I'm having a problem when using HMA VPN. The service I'm trying to use gives me an error and tells me to disable anonymization service I'm using. Is there a way to hide it or do they just recognize the IP from HMA?

Their support isnt bad, have you tried to contact them?

Actually not yet, will try, thanks. But what I just did is that I tried other VPN service, so I'm pretty sure it's not about the IP, but the fact that they see I'm using VPN.

Tried their supports tips without success. Any additional tips how to hide the use of VPN.

HMA is spammed to death, have you looked into elite proxies? and use them with a switch?
