I am running a zip submit threw an iframe and I am wondering if my AF manager will be able to find the page? Or will it show no referrer and it will be hidden from him?

I already used cakeslice. Now i want to hide my nice new cut of just the email box and the submit button. I don't want to get banned. I am thinking double meta refresh?

Read about how to fake the refer. Check this thread: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/black-hat-seo/37204-fake-referrer-cpa.html

Yes, cpa redirector or cpa framer is what you need, OP. I just started using them this week and LOVE 'em! You get a chance to try it out yet, or something similar?
