Hiding Referrer

What is best for hiding referrer? Is Prosper202 enough? Is double meta refresh better? CPA Re-director Could you use them together in any form or would they conflict? I am not sure if CPA Re-director is even around anymore in any form, can't seem to find it anywhere. Anyone know?

You can't find CPA Redirector? One search on Google and it's on the first page, there are a million threads about this.

I thought this was a pretty common practice both whitehat and blackhat. Am I wrong?

Yeah I did a Google search and found that page but the download didn't work. Works now though. Strange. Thanks. So what is the best method?
