Hiding dedicated server IP for PBN? (DMCA ignored)

I want to run several tube sites on my dedicated server, so my sites will point to the same IP.

I have tried bunnycdn, but it is far too costly with videos when you have 120k+ visitors a month with 1080p.

So what are my options to host more PBN sites on my dedicated server, hiding the IP? My host offers up to 4 additional IP's would it be safe to order them and use this? Or is it a bad idea because it would be on the same subnet?

Any other solutions that aren't expensive?

Private dedicated servers are nothing but off-shore which can handle any abuse or copyright issues.
