Will a white hat website's page rank be downgraded if someone posts a link or two to search results from a download site like BtJunkie or FilesTube? What's Google's take on file sharing, do they automatically assume that the files you share are illegal? Is let's say Filesonic considered a "bad neighborhood" site?

Does using a service like TinyUrl make Google think the link is pointing to tinyurl or the actual destination?

    Thanks
