Hiding backlinks from competitors question

Hi Guys,

I have 5 PND I'm using for my site. Now my question is, I want to hide these backlinks from competitors. I see there is a plugin called Link Privacy. Do I need to install this on my website or on the PBN sites linking to my website? Same with blocking the crawlers manually, do I change it on my site or the PND's?

You can block the crawlers by using the plugin on either but most block them on PBNs. This is so.because u might be using the crawling tools to analyze ur sites like Moz.and Majestic and no need to check stats of PBN domains after uve.bought and set them up
 
Spyder spanker is similar. Mix up how you block crawlers/spider...do some via htaccess and use a plugin for others. If you want to hide the PBN links to your money site from your competitors, then you want to install on your PBN, because crawlers search OBL's and can map them to your money site.

There are two plugins available for the WordPress. One is Spyder Spanker, which is a premium plugin and another is Link Privacy, as a freemium solution to hide backlinks from competitors. These two plugins stop the indexing of your backlinks into the database of web crawlers.
