Hiding Adsense Behind Images

I'm a visitor of two websites. They have the adsense code in pages with adult content and warez linking, you see an image that said DOWNLOAD, that image has adsense hidding but easy to see when you pass the mouse over, the other site only has a funny image that said click me, when you click it send you to a video.

The first time I saw that I thought they are going to be banned soon, that was one year ago.

Does anybody know how to do this and be safe?.

Don't ask us about cheating adsense, when many of rely on adsense to earn money. Have some integrity and don't be a thief. You might even consider turning them in for what they are doing. Google provides a fair opportunity to make money. Don't try to ruin it.
 
seems really sketch, wouldn't advise doing this unless you wanna get banned
 
I guess it is someone that know their shit. You better not try it if u want to keep your adsense account safe.
 
The sites must be in Googles "Green" group or in other words the untouchables
