HideReferer Not Working

Hello,

Is it only me or when you click on any URL on the forum you get redirected via hiderefer but its seems not to be working

I'm getting this:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

How is that supposed to be related with an error which is present on BHW? I'm just trying to inform the staff . . .
