I was looking for hidemy ass and they got VPN service for 12$ month and says you get new ip on reconnect. I assume these are used for much shit so might not be the best solution for too many stuff.

But anyone have experience or thoughs if it can be used for Email creation for AOL/yahoo/hotmail

Its true about the vpn being used by lot of people including me but one good thing about HMA VPN is that they give u access to a wide variety of geographic locations + each location has dynamic ip upto 1k in each range. So this works well if u want to use it to change the ip of your entire computer and surf anonymously etc. But it depends on what u want to use proxy for , if u want to use it in tools like SB,or xgennseo or senuke then u will need to buy proxy lists from them and not vpn. These are also monthly subscription based but u get a fresh list of proxies emailed to u every day. check their site for more info. These kind of proxies are available right here in BHW marketplace.

I was wondering if you could give a SOLID recommendation on what I will need to do CPA offers with a proxy set up? Will I need a VPN?
