Hide Website referrer

Hello,

i need a solution (such a script, data files or other types) to hidden my website referrer.
Impressions from my Site will be generete from other extern Sites, i need a solution that hidden the ref source from these domains.

example: Website example.com gets 10,000 Impressions(via iFame, organic) from Website YYY.com, but YYY.com should not appear at a referring reporting from a Adserver or other tools.
I would implement on YYY.com a script/data files or other things in order to hidden this Domain YYY.com to all kinds of anyltics tools (e.g. adserver, anyltics)
