Hide reciprocal links with robots.txt?

Many directories require a reciprocal link to gain a listing. but I don't want to blow out my obl and look like I am getting reciprocal links. Can this be exploited with robots.txt? Can I make a useless page with those links and never link to it/include it in robots.txt
