It depends on the network. Ask them about the useragent they pass in the referrer.
Also, there's about a billion posts on here about DMR (double meta refresh) and even some scripts floating around, do a quick search and you'll find a better solution then prosper for cloaking (prosper DOES leak - not often but it does..)
