want to make paypal payment ,want to hide my name and email id

As far as I know you would have to upgrade your PayPal account into a business account.

Then people would only see your company name when making business with you over PayPal.

You can't hide it as it's not your privacy on paypal policy to hide it for you.

You can create a "paypal.me/yourname" link on usa paypal account. This is a paypal link to replace your paypal email address. Buyers will not see your paypal email address. I'm using it. It works well.
