I want to make an account on a site in the US, it is a forum and fail because they do not receive non-US users

I used proxy
I search whatismyip site, It read correctly ip changed, the USA, but that forum has a program that can find original ip
how can i make an account there
and what i realized after few days?
i make an account, and if i want to make another account right over, i can't
i have to reset my pc and it works
anyway, they suspended my both account because i'm not from usa
