You can change your IP with a VPN (Virtual Private Network).

Use a Paid VPN, they are cheap. Tor browser is slower than a turtle with half a leg...

Obviously if you are doing some highly illegal activities like stealing, scamming people or selling drugs use Tor because it is safer - but for spamming the internet to build links or anything slightly shady, a VPN is fine.

For paid VPN, i would recommend Express VPN.
