I have a list of expired Tumblr that I need to set up. I guess Just login on and setting them all up from my laptop one by one will get me in trouble, so I need to get anonymous as easy and cheap as possible. Is Tor browser the best option, or are there better and simpler methods?

Get a free vpn. Or get a free Google / aws server and setup a proxy or RDP then reboot it and get another IP from the pool. Or teather from your mobile and restart it to get a new IP.

The possibilities are endless my friend.
 
Get a VPN.

Hot spot shield is free for US ip address, you can also opt for a paid one. Then theres HMA premium. :)

VPN should do the job, or even some proxy browser extension with random IPs
 
changing your IP is not enough, I believe. you would also need some kind of user agent switcher software in order to anonymize your identity as well. there are free plugins for google chrome in their store. try it together with change IP/VPN
 
Looking for similar at the moment - user agent switcher.

Any suggestions for emulators?
 
there is here in a threat a good free vpn i sownload it one time and worked fine buy i lost it and forget the name , it is free with no refistration if you find it sent me too , it was the best i use
 
I see that there are several Chrome add-ons that anonymize your IP address through a VPN. Has anyone used those before? What are your thoughts?
 
If Tumblr allows TOR: Use tor.

If it doesn't, find some public proxy list and setup a proxy through your browser (Firefox does Proxies without any add-ons in Settings).
