Merely to hide your location, any basic VPN would do the work. You are not successful doing it means you are doing it wrong.

Only to shroud your area, any fundamental VPN would accomplish the work. You are not effectively doing it implies you are treating it terribly.

I connect with vpn and proxies and it shows other location. But when i try for example post Google review at proxy location it doesn't stick. But when i post from my real IP to my real location it's stick. So Google know my real location although I'm using proxy. Maybe i need different type of proxy or VPN?

Google doesn't know your location unless you are using Chrome. I think the issue here is that Google already has those IPs blacklisted. Your only solution to post those reviews is by using 4G residential proxies.
Thanks, will try 4G proxies. What about only residential proxies, i tried smart proxies but they blocked Google

Residential proxies should work too if they weren't abused previously on Google services.

You should try Backconnect Residential Proxies. The process is simple. you buy one gateway like ip: port
each request which is made via your gateway is done by one of the proxies picked from proxy pool. different providers have different packages. there are some which you have to pay for threads count and some which you have to pay for the amount of bandwidth usage.

I don't know if it is blacklisted IP. My friend from USA also tried to post review from fresh Gmail and same vpn and reviews stick. When i post from my ip country to nearby place, for example restaurant reviews stick. So i think it's because vpn couldn't hide completely my location
