Hide links inside a quoted reply - forum spam

I saw that there is a technique that you can post a quoted reply in a forum with some random post (maybe collected from somewhere) and insert your link and keywords inside the quoted text so that it is not so obvious especially if the link formatting aligned with the style of the text.
I checked Xrumer, but I can not find such option in the AntiSpam feature.

Does anyone know which tool can do this?

It is quite strange that no one knows how this is done.

I am sorry to push this again.
I saw a user with thousands of posts so this is an automated method.
It collects a random reply from the forum and then uses it to reply in another thread where either puts your link inside the reply or it puts it in the quoted post.

I suspect that XRumer can do this, but I can not figure our how.

Any ideas?
